Teaching sessions by highly qualified pastors, missionaries and psychologists focus on dealing with some of the major pitfalls in life and ministry. You will be equipped with strategies and tools that help strengthen your ministry and build quality relationships. You will have the opportunity for several personal counseling sessions with the retreat directors or with professional counselors.

In addition, the Birkman Motivational / Self-assessment and Occupational profile tool will be used to help better understand your own strengths, needs, and stress behavior. Then during the weeks and months following, our staff will be in contact with you by phone and e-mail, as part of our accountability and follow-up plan.
